How to Enroll

Welcome and thank you for your interest in riding with us!

Our enrollment process is uncomplicated and designed to ensure compatibility of:

  • Your present abilities and goals with the capabilities of our horses, instruction, and adaptive facilities and tack.
  • Your time availability and current and future openings in the lesson schedule.

Let’s get started:

Step One:

Download and complete the Student Information and Enrollment Application Packet. It includes helpful information for you and your health care provider, as well as the information we need for your application. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to use the Portable Document Format (PDF) Rider Application Packet with Medical Release 1_ 2013

Step Two:

Ask your physician to complete and sign your Physician’s Medical Release for participation. If your physician has questions, he or she is encouraged to call us to consult about specific equestrian activities and accommodations for a condition.

Step Three:

E-mail or postal mail your completed application and Physician’s Medical Release to us. Be sure to include your telephone number and e-mail address so we can let you know that we received and are reviewing it.
